Today we ate breakfast in Amsterdam, lunch in Brussels, and dinner in Paris. We left Amsterdam at 8 A.M, after eating our toast and sprinkles. Then we got on the bus and drove a few hours to the beautiful city of Brussels. It is also where the language transitions from Dutch to French, and they speak both. First we took a break at Atomium, which was built for the 1958 world's fair. It is a group of 9 giant spheres connected to form a cube that stands 102 meters tall. After that we went into downtown Brussels to look around and get lunch. We saw the city hall, the famous statue manneken piss, and ate delicious fries, waffles, and of course chocolate. It was funny watching our attempts at French, mostly just "bonjour" and "oui" (except for our French-Canadian, Lorena, and Rafa). Then we hopped back on our little magical bus and made our way to the "city of lights", Paris. Dinner at our hotel was exquisite, most of all dessert, an amazing molten chocolate cake. We are going to bed heart broken at the loss of Spain to Chile :,(
